This well-appointed Provincetown beachfront rental is located just steps away from all the fun of Commercial Street's shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as a great location to grab a bench and people watch too! After a long day of play, the harbor beach awaits your return.
About the space
Built in 2012, this complex offers modern amenities and conveniences amidst the timeless charm of Provincetown tradition. The condo includes gourmet appliances, central A/C (a treasure in the summer months), central heat, bathroom with dual shower heads and other creature comforts to enhance your stay.
About the views
Enjoy beautiful side views of the bay from your living room and private balcony; and views of MacMillan Pier and Pilgrim Monument from the bedroom. (see photos) Relax on the beach in front of your building. Enjoy the sand between your toes, and when you are ready to come in, there is an outdoor shower to wash away the sand!
Parking
There is a temporary onsite parking space for loading and unloading. (approximately 20 minutes per usage)
One assigned off-site parking space included for the duration of your visit. (Located on Alden ST near the town public parking lot - approximately 7 mins walk) No need to worry about tandem parking hassles, overnight rules or feeding meters!
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is anytime between 4 PM-10 PM - (due to quiet hours, please advise if you require a check-in time after 10 PM)
Check-out 10 AM - guests agree to be prompt with check-out time as the cleaning service will begin turnaround service for the next guests at 10 AM

This location provides easy access to enjoy all that Ptown has to offer: shopping, shows, dining out, relaxing on the beach, water sports or sipping a cocktail on your balcony while enjoying the view of the Bay...

This Provincetown beachfront rental is equipped with a well appointed gourmet kitchen with everything you need for dining in, including Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, tea pot and gourmet appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator). If you prefer to dine out, you are just steps away from some of the most historic and highly rated restaurants in town. The condo has central air conditioning and heat, an in-unit washer/dryer and french doors which open to your exclusive use balcony with views of the harbor. Entertainment options include high speed 5-G wireless internet and two HD TVs with 125 cable channels.
